Return and Refunds

At Bansan, all our produce are vetted and screened through to ensure that we deliver only the freshest and the best-est. Customers have to ensure and check through the produce upon receipt of delivery. In an unlikely, improbable and unheard-of event of dissatisfaction on the quality, we will gladly refund 100% of the defective products only upon verification by the delivery guy/girl. Kindly keep the receipt for record purposes.

In the event that the refund is eligible, kindly allow us a 7 working days to process the transaction.

FINE PRINT: All complaints made after the delivery will not be entertained as the defect could be caused by the wrong way of storage, exposure to high temperature, handling issue etc. Please check the goods upon receiving and revert to us immediately during delivery  if you are concerned about the quality. Thanks!
