Is there a minimum order and delivery fees?


No. There is no minimum order. However, delivery charges will be imposed on Penang Island Orders (orders < RM30) will be RM 10.00 (orders < RM80) will be RM 7.00 (orders > RM188) will be free delivery Penang Mainland Orders (orders < RM30) will be RM 15.00 (orders < RM80) will be RM 12.00 (orders > RM188) will be free delivery

Loyal Customers will be entitled for free delivery all day long for combined orders of RM300 per month.




Are your produce really fresh?


Yes our produce are sourced from Cameron Highlands directly and daily trips are made from Cameron Highlands to ensure its freshness. Selected vegetables are directly from our farm. Fresh Harvest is commited in ensuring the vegetables, fruits and poultry are fresh.




Why is your produce out of stock at times?


As our produce are sourced direclty from Cameron Highlands which has the most optimum weather for vegetables, there maybe changes in weather patterns, natural disasters such as flooding which may affect the farming activities. With the recent movement control orders (MCO), farming activities might be affected. However, we shall try our best to meet your needs.




How long will you take to deliver?


For your consistent supply to your business, Fresh Harvest team will reach out to you and shall arrange for your most convenient time for us to deliver to your business. For last minute orders, we strive to deliver within 24 hours depending on the availability of the fresh produce. Do contact our friendly customer service team to check on the availablity. Can I cancel my order? And do you then offer refund for the cancelled order?


Yes you may cancel before making any payment. However, once payment is made, we are not able to cancel the order as our famers will harvest the produce to prepare your order and then delivery. Unfortunately in this cass, there will be no refund.




Can I make a special request?


Yes, as long as it is possible we will go through the valley and the hills for our customers. We do undertsand that different businessess have different needs and at Fresh Harvest, we are very flexible. Do let us know your speical request and we will strive to make necessary arragnement to make it happen.




Part of my order is missing. What should I do?


We are sorry that there was a problem with the order. Upon receipt of goods, a delivery order will be signed by the customer to confirm the products delivered. However, if it’s an honest mistake from both sides, we shall consider delivering the missing order on a case to case basis. Do contact your friendly customer service via WhatsApp wa.me/601126461696.
